1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or purchasing digital products/credits through TenderFlow Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is operated under the management of founders Mohammad Hamza and MD Nadim. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform.

2. Description of Services & Products

TenderFlow Pro offers two categories of commercial offerings:

• AI Tools & Microservices: AI Bid Scorer, AI Technical Bid Writer, AI Compliance Matrix Builder, AI Protest Generator, AI BOQ Extractor, and Tender Alerts Engine, accessible via on-demand compute credits.
• Digital Toolkits & Guides: Pre-submission checklists, EMD/BG Excel validation trackers, document renewal dashboards, and lawyer-drafted appeal and PoA template packs.

3. Instant E-Service Delivery

Upon successful payment verification via Razorpay, all digital toolkits are unlocked immediately in the user's dashboard library for direct download. AI compute credits are credited instantly to the user's balance.

4. Payments, Pricing & Billing

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR) via Razorpay. Prices for digital toolkits and credit packs are clearly displayed on the store and pricing pages. We reserve the right to revise pricing or promotional offers at any time without retroactive adjustments.

5. Strict No Monetary Refund Policy & Technical Support

As set forth in our Cancellation & Refund Policy, all purchases of digital assets and AI compute credits are final and non-refundable. In the event of a verified technical bug or system failure during an AI tool execution, TenderFlow Pro will issue replacement AI compute credits directly to the user's workspace balance upon verification.

6. Zero Original File Retention & DPDPA 2023 Rights

Uploaded tender documents are processed in volatile memory during AI parsing and are never permanently retained on our servers. Extracted structured audit summaries are stored securely in your private workspace. In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA 2023), you may erase your entire account and all stored analyses at any time via your Account Profile.

7. User Conduct & Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, or resell our digital toolkits or AI access to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TenderFlow Pro, Mohammad Hamza, or MD Nadim be held liable for any lost profits, lost contracts, tender disqualifications, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use our platform. The final decision and responsibility for any bid submission rest exclusively with the bidder.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
