1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, registering as a guest, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. The platform tenderflowpro.in is operated under the executive leadership of founder Mohammad Hamza. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Description of Service

tenderflowpro.in provides specialized document processing and extraction tools to parse government tender documents (such as GeM and CPPP PDFs) into organized parameters. We do not guarantee tender winnings, procurement awards, or 100% compliance acceptance by bidding authorities.

3. User Eligibility & Account Registration

The service is intended exclusively for business entities, MSME owners, contractors, and individuals aged 18 and above. You agree to provide accurate registration details (name, business name, and contact details) and maintain account security. You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your workspace.

4. Subscription, Payments, & Account Validation

Subscription fees are charged on a monthly or periodic basis, as detailed on our plans page. We reserve the right to modify pricing structures at any time without prior notice.

Transaction Validation: When checking out using our payment flow, you must input your valid Transaction Reference Number or UTR code. Subscriptions are manually validated by the platform administrators (led by Mohammad Hamza) and credited to your workspace after verification.

5. E-Service Delivery Timeline

Upon submission of a valid payment transaction ID (UTR), our verification team clears the billing queue within 2 to 6 hours. Once validated, your workspace immediately unlocks elite scanning tiers.

6. Data Retention & Purging Policy

To ensure complete confidentiality, all uploaded PDF files and associated analysis reports are **automatically and permanently deleted from our servers after 7 days**. You must download and archive any report dossiers locally before they are purged.

7. Prohibited Usage

You agree not to upload malicious files, attempt to breach security measures, scrape user workspaces, or use our extraction engine to process unrelated personal or sensitive data.

8. Limitation of Liability

tenderflowpro.in and its operator Mohammad Hamza shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your inability to win tenders, disqualification from procurement bids, or any data inaccuracies arising from automated parsing. The final decision to bid and the accuracy of bid submissions lie solely with the user.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida / New Delhi, India.
