1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or purchasing digital products or AI credits through TenderFlow Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is operated by founders Mohammad Hamza and MD Nadim. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the website or services.

2. Description of Products & Services

TenderFlow Pro provides two core digital commercial offerings:

• AI Software Microservices & Compute Credits: Automated AI tools including AI Bid Scorer, AI Technical Bid Writer, AI Compliance Matrix Builder, AI Protest Generator, and AI BOQ Extractor, provisioned via on-demand compute credits or subscription passes.
• Digital Toolkits & Documentation Bundles: Instantly downloadable PDF checklists, Excel financial/EMD validation trackers, document renewal templates, and standard appeal format packs.

3. Instant Electronic Delivery

Upon successful payment authorization via our payment gateway (Razorpay), all purchased digital products and toolkits are unlocked immediately in your account dashboard library for instant download. AI compute credits are provisioned and credited to your workspace balance within seconds. We do not deliver physical goods. Full delivery details are set forth in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.

4. Payments, Pricing, Currency & International Card Processing

All product prices and credit plans are clearly displayed in Indian Rupees (INR ₹) prior to checkout. Payment is collected via Razorpay, an RBI-regulated and PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment aggregator.

International Cards: We accept international credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Curlec) from worldwide cardholders. When paying with an international card, the transaction is billed in INR, and your card issuing bank will automatically convert the amount to your local domestic currency based on standard bank exchange rates.

We reserve the right to modify pricing, features, or plan tiers at any time without retroactive adjustment to past purchases.

5. Cancellation, Refund Terms & Technical Resolution

Due to the immediate provisioning and downloadable nature of digital goods and real-time compute allocation, all completed sales are generally final. However, in cases of verified duplicate billing, payment gateway processing errors, or technical system failures where assets or credits cannot be provisioned, customers may submit a claim within 48 hours of the transaction.

Eligible claims will be resolved either via immediate credit re-issuance or a monetary refund back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, in accordance with our standalone Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Data Protection, Privacy & Zero Original Document Retention

Uploaded tender PDFs are processed in volatile memory during real-time analysis and are never permanently stored or archived on our servers. Extracted structured analytical outputs are stored securely in your private workspace database. We adhere strictly to India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act 2023). You retain full ownership and the right to permanently erase your account and all associated records at any time. For complete details, consult our Privacy Policy.

7. User Conduct & Prohibited Uses

You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, distribute malicious code, attempt unauthorized server access, circumvent payment gateways, or resell our digital toolkits or software access to third parties without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall TenderFlow Pro, its founders, affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost bids, tender rejections, lost profits, or business interruption. The final evaluation, accuracy check, and decision regarding any tender submission rest entirely with the user.

9. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal action, dispute, or proceeding arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
