1. Nature of Digital Products & Services
TenderFlow Pro provides intangible, immediately consumable digital goods and cloud-based software services:
- Digital Downloads & Toolkits: Instantly downloadable PDF checklists, Excel trackers, financial calculators, legal formats, and tender compliance toolkits.
- AI Compute Credits & Plan Subscriptions: Non-tangible, consumable computational credits used to perform real-time AI document parsing, compliance auditing, and bid writing.
Upon successful payment through our payment gateway (Razorpay), digital products are immediately unlocked in your account workspace for permanent download, and AI credits are credited instantly to your balance.
2. Strict No Monetary Refund Policy
Due to the immediate access, irreversible delivery, and downloadable nature of digital products and instant compute resource allocation:
🚫 ALL SALES ARE FINAL: No monetary refunds (via bank transfer, cash, card chargeback, or UPI reversal) will be provided for any digital toolkits, PDF guides, Excel trackers, bundles, or AI credit purchases once the payment is completed.
🚫 NO POST-DOWNLOAD REFUNDS: Once a digital asset has been unlocked or downloaded, or once AI credits have been utilized, no return or cancellation can be accepted.
3. Technical Failure & AI Credit Compensation Protocol
While we do not offer monetary refunds, we stand behind the reliability of our software. If you experience a verified platform bug, server error, or system timeout:
✓ Credit Re-issuance for Failed AI Runs: If an AI tool execution (such as AI Bid Writer or AI Bid Scorer) fails, crashes, or consumes credits without successfully generating the requested report or analysis due to an internal server error, our team will review the execution log and credit additional / replacement AI credits directly to your workspace balance.
✓ Missing or Corrupt File Delivery: If a purchased digital download link is inaccessible or fails to download, our support desk will directly email you the verified PDF/Excel files within 24 hours of notification.
To request a credit adjustment for a technical error, email us at nadimhamza41@gmail.com within 48 hours of the incident with your registered email and execution details.
4. Duplicate or Failed Payment Gateway Transactions
In rare cases where your bank account or card is debited twice for a single order due to a network timeout or banking glitch:
- The unactivated duplicate charge is automatically detected and reversed by Razorpay within standard banking processing windows (typically 5 to 7 business days).
- If you do not see the auto-reversal within 7 business days, please email our support desk at nadimhamza41@gmail.com with the payment reference ID / UTR code for priority investigation.
5. Order Cancellation
Since digital products and AI credits are provisioned and delivered electronically within milliseconds of payment confirmation, orders cannot be cancelled once the payment has been completed.
