1. Nature of Digital Offerings & Pre-Purchase Evaluation
TenderFlow Pro provides intangible, electronically delivered digital products and cloud-based AI software services:
- Digital Downloads & Toolkits: Instantly downloadable PDF checklists, Excel trackers, financial calculators, legal representation formats, and bid compliance packs.
- AI Compute Credit Packs & Plans: Real-time computational credits used to perform automated tender document parsing, compliance auditing, bid scoring, and response drafting.
2. Refund Eligibility & 48-Hour Claim Window
We are committed to fair and transparent billing. A customer is eligible for a full monetary refund or credit adjustment under the following verified conditions:
✓ Duplicate Payment / Erroneous Billing: If your card, bank account, or UPI is debited more than once for the same order due to a network glitch or gateway timeout.
✓ Technical Delivery Failure: If payment was successfully captured via Razorpay, but our platform failed to unlock the digital download library or credit the purchased AI compute credits within 24 hours of notification.
✓ Defective or Inaccessible Digital Asset: If a downloaded file is demonstrably corrupt or unusable and our technical support team is unable to provide a working replacement within 24 hours.
Timeframe: Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the transaction date by emailing nadimhamza41@gmail.com with your registered email and Razorpay Payment ID.
3. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Due to the immediate delivery, irrevocable access, and real-time consumption of digital assets, refunds cannot be granted in the following scenarios:
- Completed Downloads: Where the digital toolkit, PDF format, or Excel file has already been successfully unlocked and downloaded from the user dashboard.
- Consumed AI Credits: Where AI compute credits have already been utilized to parse documents or generate audit reports.
- Change of Mind / Incompatibility with Third-Party Portals: When the user decides they no longer need the toolkit, or misunderstood external government tender eligibility criteria on GeM/CPPP.
- Commercial Outcomes: TenderFlow Pro is an assistive tool. We do not guarantee tender wins, contract awards, or commercial results, and lost bids do not qualify for refunds.
4. Refund Processing Timeline & Method
Once a refund request is received and verified by our billing team:
• Review & Approval TAT: All refund requests are reviewed within 24 to 48 business hours.
• Original Payment Source: Approved monetary refunds are initiated through our payment gateway (Razorpay) directly back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, net banking, or UPI account) used during purchase.
• Bank Credit Window: Funds typically reflect in the customer's bank statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on the cardholder's issuing bank or card network processing cycles.
5. Order Cancellation
Because digital goods, toolkit files, and AI compute credits are provisioned and delivered electronically within seconds of payment authorization, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is confirmed.
