• Documents: Tender PDFs and bid files uploaded to the workspace.
• Payment Verification Data: UPI receipt details, billing screenshots, and UTR transaction numbers submitted for manual validation.

2. Use of Collected Data

Your data is used solely to:

• Fulfill extraction requests and render analytical dossiers on your dashboard.
• Validate subscription billing payments and UPI transaction queues.
• Deliver critical support notifications or account updates.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Processors

Zero Brokering Policy: We do not rent, sell, or trade your personal or business data. For payment validation and secure transactions, we coordinate with verified third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay). Data required for processing subscription upgrades is handled in strict compliance with payment card industry data security standards (PCI-DSS).

4. Storage & Security

Your uploaded documents are securely processed in isolated, encrypted cloud buckets. We implement strict digital barriers so that only your authenticated account can retrieve and read your dossier reports.

5. Cookie Policy

We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies purely for functional purposes (keeping you logged into your dashboard). We do not employ tracking pixels, advertising scripts, or cross-site monitoring networks.

6. User Rights
