1. Description of Service

tenderflowpro.in provides rule-based intelligence for Indian tender documents. The service is designed to reduce administrative burden for MSMEs but does not guarantee tender wins or 100% data accuracy.

2. Subscription & Payments

We use a Manual UPI Verification System. After transferring funds, users must submit their UTR/Transaction ID. Access is granted only after manual verification (usually within 2-6 hours). Subscription fees are non-refundable once a manual payment is approved and your Analyst Elite access is active.

3. Data Deletion Policy

To ensure maximum document privacy, all uploaded files and analysis results are permanently deleted from our servers after 7 days of inactivity or document age. Users are responsible for downloading relevant insights before this period.

4. Limitation of Liability

tenderflowpro.in shall not be liable for any financial losses, missed deadlines, or disqualifications from tenders resulting from the use of extracted data. Final submission responsibility rests entirely with the user.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi.
