1. In-Memory Ephemeral Processing
When you upload a tender PDF or NIT document for analysis, our serverless processing workers extract required parameters purely in-memory. The original tender file is discarded immediately after extraction and is never written to permanent disk storage.
2. Database Row-Level Security (RLS)
Only the structured analytical summary (e.g. qualification verdicts, compliance matrices, action checklists) is stored in our database. Every database record is protected with strict Row-Level Security (RLS), preventing any cross-user data leakage.
3. Right to Erasure (DPDPA 2023)
In full accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can permanently erase all your data, past analyses, and account profile directly in your Account Settings at any time with a single click.
4. Payment Gateway Security
All transactions are securely handled via Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. We never store credit card numbers, CVVs, or UPI PINs.
