The Sovereign Promise
We prioritize your privacy above all else. All uploaded PDFs and associated analysis reports are automatically purged 7 days after upload. We do not keep your private documents longer than necessary, and we never use your bid data to train public AI models.
1. Data Collection & Minimization
We collect only what is strictly necessary to run your intelligence workspace:
- Identity: Email address and Full Name for authentication and support.
- Documents: PDF files you actively upload for extraction.
- Payments: UTR reference numbers to verify subscription status (we do not process credit cards or store bank details).
2. Document Storage & Security
Uploaded documents are stored in encrypted, isolated cloud buckets. Access is technologically limited to the account owner. System administrators cannot read your bid contents; they only see metadata (file size, upload time) for debugging purposes.
3. Zero Data Brokering
tenderflowpro.in operates a pure SaaS subscription model. We do not sell, trade, or broker your personal information or business data. Your competitive strategy remains entirely yours.
4. Session Management
We use secure, HTTP-only session cookies to authenticate your dashboard requests. We explicitly reject the use of invasive third-party tracking pixels, advertising network scripts, or cross-site profilers.
